Vodtec is a
spin-off of 2 highly recognized research bodies
when it comes to video, broadband and software
development. One such institution is Ghent
University, a Belgian university widely
recognized for its applied sciences. The other is
IBBT, the Flemish Interdisciplinary insitute for
Broadband Technology.
Driven by new

Vodtec is a video
technology start-up. After having built enourmous
video expertise as researchers at Ghent
University, we started developing video software.
That was back in 2005. Working with VRT,
Belgium's largest TV chain, we started working on
a video platform especially made for online
applications. Since then, we enlarged our focus
to also include mobile video solutions.
